In response to your query, here are some answers:
1. I chose Ontario and some other provinces.
2. It took 3 days in my case to get NOI after activating the job bank.
3. The lowest score in French language was B2 which, I believe, is equivalent to CLB7.

I hope it helps.
Thanks a lot Damocles.
I have noticed that some people here are waiting for NOI more than month. As Ontario was issuing NOI to others I am just guessing that for some reason they were invisible or not chosen. That is why I have asked about those question to understand what can make you invisible.
It also seems that some software is proposing candidates but somebody in the Office is doing the first check up and then accepting them so that NOI can be issued.
It seems from the way of rather random NOI issue. If it would be completely automatic then there would be some visible logical pattern there. So I wanted to know if there are maybe some hidden criteria (like being native French speaker or higher than announce CBL score - even if they stated that they do not take just French natives).

I have also noticed following. with the choice of provinces. If you tick all teritories, you will get additional messages from BC and Ontario that you agree to transfer data to their database.
If you still keep that tick but you start ticking specific provinces, that messages will suddenly dissapear. And it will also stay so if you untick them and leave all provinces checked.
In ordrer to reactivate it you need to untick the all provinces choice and tick it again.

From this observation the choice all provinces and territories is only active if nothing else is chosen.

So I guess what Ontario needs is just accepting the fact that they will be collecting data.

I have few quick questions to those that have recieved NOI from Ontario for the French stream:
1. Did you choose just Ontarion (for provinces where you want to reside in), Ontario and some other choices or did you choole All provinces and territories?
2. How long did it take between profile activation to NOI
3. What was your lowest CBL mark from French language

Thank you a lot for help.

1. Just Ontario, as long as you tick that question about data, you are good to go
2. 4 days
3.
R=8
L=9
S=9
W=7

CRS when received = 383.

you should/will get it soon i hope. is your english above CLB 6 for all?

My English results are even a bit better than French one. But with my age I will not be able to get anywhere close to 450 points (I have currently 331 points), so I am not wasting time and Money to sit more language tests and instead I am trying to hit PNP.

My French is combination of CBL 7 and 8 while English is between CBL 7 and 9 (depending on skill).

Check NBPNP..

I know about that province and technicaly it does not matter where I will end in Canada. But the current NB Condition is native French speaker which I am not.
Other than that they shall have some new stream for French speakers abut there are no details so far about it on their website. (all I know is from their online webinar).

Hello Damocles,

Sorry for the late update ...

FYI and to update the list,
I got my application package returned because OINP mentioned that the bank draft was missing with my application. However, I actually did the payment through Postal Money Order (from France) and joined the Postal Money Order payment receipt to my application. But they clearly rejected this method of payment despite it is mentioned in the OINP guide and OINP application form that we can also do the payment through Postal Money Order. They put a post-it on my Postal Money Order receipt that "Bank draft is missing".
They gave me 30 extra days to re-submit my complete application.
Anyway, I did not want to argue with OINP stating that the payment was done through Postal Money Order etc ... etc .. It would have been a waste of time.
So, I have managed to get a bank draft from Bank of Montreal in Canada thanks to a friend over there and I have joined it to my new application (I do not know why but, in France, it seems impossible to have a bank draft or Demand Draft in foreign currency ...)

As a recap for the list timeline :
- 1st application received by OINP on 20th September
- Package returned and received by me on 28th September
- 2nd application sent from France on 10th October (by Fedex) and "normally" received by OINP on 12th October.
- Now pending AOR ... hope this time everything will be fine ...

Just a note for the ones that would/could be in similar situation, as an advice received from maleeksha => Do not just re-send your returned application with the missing document(s)... When you send back your 2nd application, update all the possible documentation at the date of your new submission ...

Will keep you posted on any further development.

Thanks.
Cheers
