I have sent before 2 pay slips for each company as a proof but they want they want one full consecutive year of payslips. And I have no idea why they did not ask for payslips during 2014 even though I was working.
Regarding the statement of account, they did not ask for an updated one.
2. If you do not have something, try to compensate with something else. Like put there incomes to your account (from salary) and some tax statement for those years where your company is trackable as the income. Wrap it with whatever other evidence you have from your work (for example promotion letter, or bonus letter or something like that) and put there LOE to explain your whole status. They just want to check up that you were really legaly employed during that time. thats all.
And just for curiosity, in which country there is no common curtesy to get your copy of the contract signed at the day you have signed it?
