Not for ECA. It is because of their new rule where ECA has to be delivered directly to Ontario from the evaluation body. That is what they check first. However at the moment they are still bussy with earlier applicants.

I hope I am KD as well but I wouldn't know since I sent my ECA receipt with the application.

asking for ECA is just standard thing. The real movement starts when they will either ask for some other details or you would get mail, that you were forwarded to the senior officer.

Espérons que ça continue pour tout le monde... et aussi des nominations très prochainement...

Si les officiers concernés commencent à demander des documents, cela prouve qu'ils sont en train d'analyser nos dossiers... peut être qu'ils devraient finir tous avant le 31 décembre... who knows...

When assessing your certificates at WES, they normally send a copy of your ECA Report to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada office.

Important:
Note that OINP will NOT received the ECA Report unless you request WES to send a copy to them directly. So I would suggest those who have not done so till now... do it ASAP... so that your application is processed more rapidly...

Je vois fréquemment dans les discussions cette histoire de WES, cela ne concerne que cet organisme ? Pour les autres organismes je n'ai pas vu de message du même type, je me trompe ? Perso je suis passée par ICES je vais peut être me renseigner du coup ...

100% correct... you will get refund also... mais il faut envoyer des centaines de mails pour qu'il rembourse l'argent... :

Normalement tu peux faire evaluer tes certificats à WES, ICES, ICAS... La majorité des gens utilise l'option "WES".
