I'm filling up info in my OOPNP application form, but before I start I have a questiom, should I fill it up online and then print or Can I fill it up after print it out too??

I printed it out and then filled it. It just made me feel better about it, psychologically speaking.

To each his own. I filled it up online (i mean soft copy pdf) and then took a color printout and filled the rest.

By 'filled the rest' i mean some blanks that you cannot fill online, so you need to fill them by hand(blue ink pen preferably) and some blanks may be '-NA-' for you, so you need to fill them by hand as those blanks don't accept the text '-NA-' and also it is advisable not to leave any fill-in-the-blank as 'blank' and rather fill it with a '-NA-'.
