OOPNP for applying to BOWP??

Hi
I have received my OOPNP nomination and is in process of submitting the documents documents ONLINE. As my current Work permit is expiring on Jan 26,2016 and per
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp i cannot use the Electronic receipt of APR for BOWP and should wait for A letter
Acknowledgement of Receipt to proceed with applying for BOWP.
They have also specified i can use OOPNP nomination certificate for BOWP. Has anybody used OOPNP to apply for BOWP.

Please suggest

You may still apply for BOWP after receiving ARP. Read this thread

You can use pnp nomination for BOWP only if you already applied for PR through pnp stream (read non-express entry stream). Pnp nomination alone can't be used to apply for BOWP.

Question, in the application for for BOWP, there is a required document "Proof of medical exam", I already did that exam a month ago before apply for PR, do I need to do that exam again? or send the same proof paper?
The proof paper that I have included the Express Entry application number.

I have included the Proof of Medical Exam which i did for Express Entry PR for BOWP...and attached Letter Explaining the same.
