Hello there.. I had received both the requests to which we (spouse & I) submitted the docs within the timelines provided. Took 2.5 months from then to receive the Request letter for PPR this week.

Your letter must be mentioning about the spouse and dependent child information that needs to be submitted along with Primary applicant. It was mentioned in the letter to the primary applicant that I received.

Can we submit our (spouse & myself) passports to VAC separately ? or it needs to be submitted together. Right now we both are at different locations and should I raise two requests for passport collection or one?
Hey just checking if you got your ppr yet?I would say - "Cheer up!". We are almost there. I think we are this lot, which was transferred to Yellowknife around 14th April, on which date our security was marked as passed. Moreover, I have been seeing some PPRs from Yellowknife (for AORs around March/April 21). And then I lied to myself that they wouldn't take more than 3 months for Eligibility!. So, my limit of patience seems to be extended till July 22. You could use the same lie.
Sorry for the late response.. Yes, it can be submitted separately. My spouse & I are also in different countries and submitted in the corresponding countries VFS offices.
From what I have heard.. standard is that you receive your passport within 2 weeks, from the time you have sent it.
@Arjunjuju I believe alot of them have already received th PPR unsure why we are stuck for so long now? Do you have any intelligence as to what is happening for our backlog?
Guys most of folks have already received PR approvals from 2021. How many us are still in pending state? Feel free to like the comment to know the number of folks awaiting
Yeah i received an information letter in my portal which says to send the passports, i hope that's the PPR i got it on 18th January 2023. i have raised a webform in vfs for passport pick up. wish everyone who is waiting to get their PPR soon, all the best!
@Arjunjuju congratulations !! This is good news some movement on backlog files. can you please share your timeline of events? Did you go over remeds or what ADR was requested?
I got PPR via information letter and now updating to add new born baby to the application. wish that it won't prolong the process
