says that the settlement fund requirement is changing for applications received after May 06, 2016......It may mean that they will resume sending PT notification around that time

your application will be evaluated against the settlement funds requirement that was in place at the time of application. That is, you will need to meet the LICO requirement of 2015. Please note that applicants of the Ontario Express Entry Streams may be refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) when they apply for permanent resident status if they do not meet the new 2016 LICO.

I got PN LOI on 8th Feb 2016 but while I was collecting documents got the ITA ON 24th Feb 2016, So Skipped PN & applied of PR directly.

One of my friend was waiting for his nomination since long and he got it yesterday..
Seems they are clearing all pending nominations.
So expected coming Wednesday draw will go on higher side cut off score.
Also it means they may start PT after 6th May.
But its a speculation unless they specifically declare something on their site.

What would be the ideal process to recreate profile?
1. Should I withdraw current profile and create a new one?
Or,
2. I delete everything and start from 'come to canada' tool? In this case, what happens to my existing jobbank account? Is there any option to delete that too?
