Draws happen generally on Wednesday (at least from the beginning of 2016), you will find the updates here under Ministerial Instructions http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp

Wow, there seems to be cut in number of Skilled Workers admission for 2016
Updates include merging of Canadian Experience Class into FSWP. Targets for FSWP (including CEC) are 54000 to 59000. PNP numbers remain unchanged (46000-48000).

2015 target for FSWP was 47000-51000 and for CEC, it was 26000 to 30000.
Note that these numbers include dependents. Also, applicants from 2nd half of 2015 are likely to arrive this year and would likely be counted towards this year's targets (assuming 6 months processing time for Express Entry)

No, PNP allocations are unchanged for 2016, so not a problem in that case.
I was only talking about the overall reduction in FSWP targets.

Can someone try to email or call OINP.. to enquire about not getting PT even when passed the whole eligibility.... may be we can get some more information...

Guys i have a situation here.. I need help from you..
current company for 5m. I've got RnR letter on company letterhead for my first Company ie. for 5y10m. But for second company I won' t be able to get as of now.
I've got PT last monthon 8th Feb for OINP. I don't think that i'll be able to get my current employer to write my RnR before time runs out to send my application to Ontario. What shall I do?? Shall I send my application with only first company experience RnR letter only ie. 5y10m or shall I let PT notification date to pass and create another myCIC id and profile and wait for another PT?

If it's on your EE profile I think you may have to show it. But what i'll say is do your best to get your application in by the 45 day deadline. I missed my first 45 day deadline and when I re-created the EE profile I, like many others on this thread, didn't get another Ontario PT nomination. All the best and let's know how it goes.
