They invited people with no connection to Canada in that draw and the minimum score for French-Speaking draws is low anyways. Last federal draw cut off was 452 CEC and next OINP draw will be the Tech draw, just need to wait and see what they are going to do. My score is 469 and I will not receive NOI if max CRS for the tech draw is 452.

I am wondering how they can set the upper limit as in the past they just deduct 1 point from the latest federal draw cutoff and set some random lower limit. They definitely cannot give NOI's to 471+ scorers as they will receive ITA whenever FSW draws resume and as of today there are no CEC candidate at 453+ score range. Gotta wait and see.

My ECA came on 21st Jan so missed that draw by a week but it was processed by WES super fast so cannot complain there.

Lets hope that's the case, some of the NOI's from the previous tech draw already got wasted because CEC candidates in low 460's received their ITA's.

Most Ontario PNP got wasted in the first round of invitations. Lets hope they roll out more NOI this Month

Hmm sounds correct the first draw saw range of 472 to 433 so majority of candidates got picked and then the other candidates might have been gone via CEC. All speculations though I think tech draw is happening this Wednesday watch out for it

NOI's sent to French-Speaking stream are so less, about 500 were sent last year compared to 3500 for tech draw so the CRS range doesn't really matter. They could use last general draw cut off which was 471.

You will receive a message in your EE profile, you need to accept the nomination and 600 points will be added to your CRS score.

Seems a lot of NOI’s are rolling out today. Ontario is doing a great job. FSW or CEC?
