Minimum was 432, who knows what their selection criteria was. They do mention that not everyone who qualifies will receive a NOI.
Ah OK. Makes sense.

I really hope they do a tech draw soon. Some of us in the 440's and 450's might stand a chance this time

Ontario invites using date of profile creation
Indemand list and cutoff
This is why they state it clearly that not everyone who qualifies will get an NOI
Is your NOC on their indemand list ?

so why still there is human capital stream ? does that stream requires specific NOCs already ?

I have TCF Canada CLB9, IELTS CLB7, 1 year experience, bachelor. I put French as first language. CRS 439
Yet I didnt receive anything
Seems like there was cut off as of now I see minimum was 452 unless someone else with less got it as well

I would love it too but I don’t think that’s how it works. It was always after a federal draw but now with all this chaos they haven’t even specified cut off score for French speaking draw or trades draw. So even if draw happens I doubt they will give out score range
A tech draw next will be great, especially if they include FSW candidates and use the last CEC draw score of 452 as their top score.
