HiHi Bbmaple. I just checked. It's still on DIP. I wonder why it's taking so long for me
I don't know as well. However, it seems that 30-60 does not pertain to calendar days, but rather business days as confirmed by the staff that answered my call last week. So I guess you haven't really reached the 60 days maximum processing time yet. Moreover, having and ADR may cause additional processing time.
I know the feeling of being in DIP status for a long time, not knowing what's happening. Although the only thing you can do right now is to just wait, I understand the difficulty and helplessness.
If it's still in DIP after this week, I suggest you call them again on top of an e-mail. I e-mailed them the day before I called them last week. My call was made around 9:30 AM their time. It was picked up in less than 5 mins and the lady who spoke to me was really nice. I kindly asked if there were any issues with regards to my application as I haven't received any e-mail for an ADR and that I'm just really worried. She asked for my file number and then told me that I need not be worried as it's in the "final stages". She put my mind at ease for a bit. I wish I can still call to thank her. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name.
