can i apply for Intra company transfer visa now from India. My employer is saying it is not safe to apply now to avoid rejection. i have no idea of the process and hoping to get guidance

I have also applied for PEI. I have score 70 and EE score 430. I wrote back to PEI immigration office and they responded that they give preference for people working and living in PEI :(

NOC 0114 - it is under top listed priority occupation for Ontario. IELTS Band 8

No possibility of increasing the CRS. coz of age the CRS is low.

My CRS score in 430. I created my express entry profile on 03Sep2019. My NOC is 0114 (one of the priority occupations in Ontario) with 9+ years of experience. Can I expect NoI from Ontario. What are the chances of getting nominated or what are the chances getting ITA in express entry?
