Got a NOI from Ontario today....I am still in shock. Anybody know what the processing time is looking like for OINP in 2018/19?
I too an NOI from Ontario. I am really worried about the proof of funds part. If I have to show my bank balance for last 3 months then my account does not have that many funds I have mentioned in the Express Entry.

I am not sure if you are supposed to have a continuous bank balance of that amount for 3 months. Is it written anywhere?

Its not a requirement, but how should we show that proof funds. Any one here who got approved can share their experience on this.

Hey guys,

After losing all hope with the regular draws, I have finally got an NOI today for OINP. I did go ahead and create a profile in OINP and am in the process of collecting the documents. However, I noticed one statement in the NOI which is confusing me a bit
'you must contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter. Note that this letter of interest is not a guarantee that you will be nominated by Ontario. You will first have to satisfy Ontario that you meet the requirements of their program.'

What does the above mean? Do I need to send an email to ontarionominee@ontario.ca stating I have an NOI or does creating a profile on OINP be enough to let them know that I am interested?

It means to create the profile I think. Can you share your experience with the OINP e-filing application? How long did it take? Did you have to upload documents before you submit the application ? Or do you upload documents at a later date?

I have just created my profile today after I got the NOI. I still need to upload the documents. I need to get the job reference letter and Bank letter as soon as I can and then I shall submit the same

Do you know if the OINP can 'close' before our 45 days is over? I mean is the NOI safe for next 45 days? Or is there a chance that OINP can close and then our NOI will expire etc. I read cases like this happening in 2017
