Ontario PNP (OINP) - 2018 - New occupations list.

hello,
I received a Letter of Interest from Ontario, in my EE profile even though that I don't have 400 points . (361)
My NOC code is 2151( Architect ).
As you see it's not an ICT occupation which they usualy drop the score for.
My question is : are they looking for other occupations this year? and since the fees are 15000 dollars do I risk to apply with a score below 400 points.

Please guide me as there a deadline to apply

Congratulations. They did this last Year as well.

One applicant whose score was 351 got an ITA.

It doesn't matter if you have ICT profile or not. OINP can send NOI to any one in the pool.

Go file your PR quickly. (hope you received this message in your EE profile as well, check your CIC account).

I have a valid TEF test result; 2 NCLC10, 1 NCLC7 and 1NCLC6

Please I have another question if is it ok can you guide me please to the right decision:
I'm reconsidering applying to Ontario ( I won't be able to prepar all the papers and the amount of money)
If I retake the TEF test and get NCLC 9 (I had 2 NCLC 10 and one NCLC 6 in the previous one) my score will reach 493 and then I won't need the
NOI .
Should I drop the OINP and retake the french Test ?
If it doesn't work out , could I get another NOI with a new CIC profile?
