Hi Guys I received my oinp nomination today. before accepting it I just want to know if i can change the address to which ontario will send the hard copy.

My consultant updated the wrong address.

Congratulations! Can you let us know your Times lines? When did you submit your application and when did it move to assessment and then to DIP?

I've some quick questions and would appreciate if someone can shed some light on them.

I've CSR 435 and created profile in Oct 16 th 2017. I aint received the Ontario nomination or EE NOI. I heard people with new profile get attraction in Ontario nominations.
my doubts are-
1) If I create a new profile in EE system say today(29th Jan) , it will be tagged with today's date and if EE draw dip to 435, tie breaking rule will select the older profile.There is a chance i can miss that.

2) what are the chances to get Ontario nomination with new profile? is it worth creating or should i wait for EE to dip?

Your profile should be created after 1st Jan 2018. Its must now. OINP is considering only those applications created after 1st Jan 2018. Please ensure you are tracking the OINP updates on daily basis you should not have missed this.

Thank you for the update, applied on 05th Nov, application was still in submitted stage last I checked on Monday..

I applied on the 5th Nov 2017 as well and I checked mine towards the end of the week and still only said submitted. As much as I hate waiting I know I am not the only one! Good luck

Yes, any change can be notified through forms. www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/GetFileAttach/.../0161E.pdf
fill out and email OINP regarding changes.

There isn't specifications which outlines said percentage of source can be used as POF.
EPF can be shown for your provident fund.
With respect to the account which you hold shares, you should get confirmation letter since it gives them solid statement that you would hold the said amount mentioned in your statement.

I have a similar query. My PF is maintained by my Company trust. I can download the latest PF statement from my company portal and get it sealed and signed by my Company's Finance department. Please let me know if that would suffice ?

Also in the above links, one of them mentioned that it is better to withdraw the PF and hold it in the account. Can you please advise based on your experience?

I haven't used PF for my POF. You can try out both the options but your case will be less scrutinized if you,

• Download current PF statement
• Transfer PF funds to your account or withdraw and deposit the same.
• mention the source of funds in LOE along with downloaded PF statement.

This is what I would prefer if I would be using my PF to maintain pof, as this way my case file is unequivocal.

ADR - 16th Jan (ECA from WES)
Replied on - 17th Jan
DIP - 19th Jan
Nominated - 29th Jan

I have a similar situation. Suggestions would be appreciated!

You must create a new profile if you want OINP to send you NOI as it is must now. OINP is taking profiles only after 1 Jan 2018.

If you want to go via more easy way , Express Entry, you can wait a little bit for EE score to dip. But there is no guarantee that EE score will dip to 435 in upcoming draws but OINP will definitely pick your profile at this score if you create a new profile.
