When did you receive it? have you already registered your profile with ONe-key account? If yes, then you can finish it off quickly. If not, then you can't submit your profile as of now because they have stopped accepting new registrations. You might have to wait for some time when they open the stream yet again after few months. All the best!

Is this pattern of Ontario PNP. So do you say I can wait for couple of more months and it should be there.

All am saying is if you have already registered your profile then go ahead and complete it within 14 days timeline. But, if you have not registered till now then wait for the stream to open up. Check their website regularly for updates.

Yes, most of the PNP programs, not only Ontario, will open and close the streams anytime if they receive high volume of applications, or if they deem their quota has been filled. For OINP, it is just a temporary pause as published on their website and they may open the HCP stream soon, fingers crossed in the next 2 months.

Hi guys,

I am new to this tread, I received my NOI 2 days ago and I am putting my documents together but do you know what is meant by:

Status Documents issued by IRCC or CBSA:
Provide copies of all status documents issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Documents may include work permits, study permits, temporary resident visas, and/or any other Canadian immigration document.

Do I need to only provide documents (no visas, just emails) relating to my Express Entry profile or also documents sent during previous Work Visa applications?

Thank you for your reply :)

I am not sure about the question you asked but I am curious to find about your OINP stream as HCP stream is already paused.

HOPE THIS HELPS

Passport (mandatory)

A copy of your entire passport.

 Your passport copy must include clear copies of all pages including your personal details page, all blank pages, temporary resident visas, entry stamps, and/or any other immigration stamps.

 Your passport must have been valid for at least two years prior to your application. If your passport has not been valid for at least two years, include copies of all of the pages of your previous passport.

 Your passport should be valid for at least two more years. If you are unable to renew your passport prior to applying to the program, you must apply with your current passport and
provide an explanation of why your passport could not be renewed at the time of the application
Oh dear, I completely missed the must be valid 2 years prior or else you need to upload the previous one! My passport is issued Sept '15.

I am also waiting on my bank reference letter which I was planning to send altogether!

If you have visited Canada before on a visit or as a student/worker then you need to provide details and documentation for this.

I have received an invite in CIC stating Government of of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its PNP through EXRPESS ENTRY.

I have 6 months of time and I am in process of collecting my documents and applying for it.

Quick question: Last week I was told Ontario has stopped issuing PNP. So does this mean I can't apply now even after I got an invite like above?

Can someone help me with this question?

Thanks!

Hello,,,

When did you receive the message? Do you have TEF results??

Only French speaking workers stream and Skilled trades stream are open now. If your EE profile comes under one of these category, then you can apply now.

HCP stream and Master Graduate stream are on hold at the moment.

hello,

I am new to the thread as well as immigration process. I got the NOI from Ontario, but before I could register, it is closed.
I don't know when would it open again. :(

Hello,

10 days back I received a Procedural Fairness Request – Federal Skilled Worker mail from OINP. They had asked me to do two things:
  • Send a duplicate ECA report to OINP
  • Change my primary NOC from 1112 to 2171
I have submitted a request for the duplicate ECA report. But have a minor confusion with the second point. The following is what was mentioned:

"Should you select a new NOC, please submit confirmation that you have updated your Express Entry profile accordingly (i.e. EE profile number if different, screenshot of NOC selected, etc.) and supporting documentation that your job duties match the lead statement and main duties of the NOC chosen in your Express Entry profile"

I have nominated a lawyer to do my filings for me. He had suggested to change the NOC 2171 initially but i convinced him that my NOC is correct as none other matched.

Therefore, he asked me to get back to my organisation and request for a new letter duly signed, and add a point or two more in the job duties to make my NOC more concrete in line with my duties. My questions being:

  • haven't the concerned authorities already gone through my documents, and hence making new changes is directly tampering with it? Is it advisable to make changes?
  • If I can make changes, should I state that out by sending them a letter as well justifying as to why I made the changes?
  • Since I am changing my primary NOC to 2171, are major changes expected to be made in the lead statement and main duties?

I would really appreciate it if i can get a second opinion and a clear answer to these before moving ahead and resubmitting the required documents.

Thank you.

why don't you simply adhere to OINP request, its simple and straight forward. They have accessed your document and job descriptions and advises you to change ur noc code. Arn't you glad they are advising you on the right noc code to use? would you rather they refuse you? change the noc code and revert to them. simple...

Yep. Its clear to me. But as i mentioned, it was my lawyer who kept insisting on getting a new letter, and if possible to add couple of points to it. so i was wondering if anyone else had undergone the same and what they had did.

i'm saying oinp request is very straight forward, why complicate issues?
well, i think i c an see what u mean now...
if your employers will edit the job descriptions and letter then do it, but if your job description falls under the new noc code just do as requested by oinp...
