Friends,

I have three passports in all. One current and two expired. My consultant has attached only my current and the immediate expired passport, one other expired passport has been left out. Will this be a problem?

Passport (mandatory)


A copy of your entire passport.

 Your passport copy must include clear copies of all pages including your personal details page, all blank pages, temporary resident visas, entry stamps, and/or any other immigration stamps.

 Your passport must have been valid for at least two years prior to your application. If your passport has not been valid for at least two years, include copies of all of the pages of your previous passport.

 Your passport should be valid for at least two more years. If you are unable to renew your passport prior to applying to the program, you must apply with your current passport and
provide an explanation of why your passport could not be renewed at the time of the application

Friends,
Due to errors in the OINP application by the consultant, I would want to withdraw and resubmit a new application. Is this possible after the payment has been done?

I will suggest not to do that because the ONIP is closed. May be you can send them mail regarding the error. or wait tll they ask for the missing info.

I have received an invite in CIC stating Government of of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its PNP through EXRPESS ENTRY.

I have 6 months of time and I am in process of collecting my documents and applying for it.

Quick question: Last week I was told Ontario has stopped issuing PNP. So does this mean I can't apply now even after I got an invite like above?

Can someone help me with this question?

I have 6 months of time and I am in process of collecting my documents and applying for it.

Quick question: Last week I was told Ontario has stopped issuing PNP. So does this mean I can't apply now even after I got an invite like above?

No ..unfortunately you cannot apply in the moment even if you have the NOI ... as the Stream is closed

Kindly spare some time to search through different threads of this forum for more in depth details as this was discussed hugely during last week.

ontario website, I have created my profile before 25th July so I had time to submit the profile.

Lucky you..Now it is disabled. Good luck with your submission. According to the website before 25th July. You can still go with your process.

I believe on the OINP portal. Although the stream is already closed as long as you were able to register a ONe-key account and create OINP profile then you have 14 days to submit your application.

Don't do that dude. You are one of the lucky few who got the NOI. And as discussed earlier you can send them an e-mail stating the issues with your applications. Also if you application is in submitted state you can get the refund but, if its been passed to assessment stage you will not get the refund. Also, you will not be able to submit a new application after you withdraw this one as they have stopped accepting new registrations. My suggestion is to mail them.

I think they will update their update website for total number of nomination after 7 August , as per 10 july update they already issued nomination 3,515 and remaining 2,485 - so total they have 6000.

Most probably they will open with next year targets if the same targets around 6000 or like 2016 they have only 2000 targets.

When did you receive it? have you already registered your profile with ONe-key account? If yes, then you can finish it off quickly. If not, then you can't submit your profile as of now because they have stopped accepting new registrations. You might have to wait for some time when they open the stream yet again after few months. All the best!

NOI doesn't really imply that you will receive the PNP for sure. After they scrutinize your documents and application then they may or may not issue PN for you. All the best for your application!
