I have not accumulated POF yet. But received the OINP on June 19th.
I heard that it would stay active for 6 months. would it be problem?
If I arrange POF this month and submit at the same time?
Whats the maximum time that POF stay intact to my account?
I also heard something about Gift deed, can some one please throw some light on this?

If I arrange POF this month and submit at the same time? - You will have to mention the same in Letter of explanation of how you received the POF.
Whats the maximum time that POF stay intact to my account? - Not sure on this, it is the call with OINP officer.
I also heard something about Gift deed, can some one please throw some light on this? - Some of your blood relations sharing the fund to you and they do not need it back is known as gift deed. Get an Affidavit letter stating the same, it works.

Did I happened to be delaying? - I can't say that because even I submitted it last 21st and still waiting for the status change.
I was waiting for POF all these days. I have got all the Reference letters.
So what might be next following steps? - Go a head and create the profile in OINP.

Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP) has recently seen a surge in applications. The stream has reached its current registration limit and no additional registrations for this stream can be accepted at this time. The program will also place a hold on sending any additional Notifications of Interest for the Human Capital Priorities stream.

so what will happen to those who have received NOI and didnt register yet.... they lost the chance?
