Hi everyone, my oinp status changed to approved on thursday, February 8th, but i haven't received any mail from IRCC. how do i get my nomination certificate or accept the nomination? I'm pretty new to all this. Thanks

No movement or reply to the mail i have sent them. My crs score was changed in between from 405 to 426 due to my phd and spouse IELTS. I have mailed them regarding the change on January 29 2018.

I also had approved status in OINP. You should get a generic email, stating your application has updated. Or you can directly check your EE profile to see messages from OINP. There must be message in your EE profile for nomination with 2 buttons: I accept and I do not accept. You need to click on Accept button.

The minimum education requirement is Bachelors degree as stated in the Application guide.

Any change in personal information has to be informed to OINP and IRCC likewise.

When I accepted OINP nomination, I had below statement written over there in the nomination message I received in my EE profile:

"You must ensure that the information you provided in your Express Entry profile remains truthful and accurate at all times. If your personal circumstances change (e.g. you get a new language test; have a child; or start a new career), you must update your profile."

So in your case, if you have a child after getting your nomination, you need to update your express entry profile only. No need to inform OINP about it.

No, there are various ways to acquire nomination. EE is one among them. Make use of https://www.canadavisa.com/ontario-provincial-nominee-program.html, to know about the various stream and criteria. Let us know if you have any doubts further. All the best

Though you had been nominated, I believe you have to inform changes to provincial office.
Post ITA, the first stage of file processing is screening in which visa officer will find any anomalies between PNP file and IRCC file.

In the above case, oinp has nominated for 2 persons (primary+second) which negatively correlates with number of applicants under IRCC (primary + sec + to be born child).

Changes has to be intimated to ontario so that they can make changes in the application.

"For all other changes, you must complete the Change of Personal Information form. This form must also be used to a request a correction of a data entry error (i.e. spelling mistake) in your name or your date of birth made while registering. Note: The program will not accept requests for complete name or date of birth changes. Once the form is completed, you must send it by email as an attachment to ontarionominee@ontario.ca indicating in the subject line “Application Change Notice – [File number]”. If you are requesting a correction to your name or date of birth, please also include the personal details page of your passport to validate your request. Failure to notify the OINP of any changes to personal information will impact the outcome of OINP and IRCC applications."

The applicant can email their helpdesk and clarify their concern. It is better to inform in my opinion.

No I have not received any PFL / ADR from OINP Team, I keep on asking them if they require anything from my side just let me know, as all the documents and information provided to me are authentic in every way.

Hi There,

What is next step post "Decision in Progress" status. I logged into my One Key Portal Account today, my file is not visible now. Or should the status change to “Nomination” in One Key portal only.

What could be the reason? Can anyone help if it has happened to anyone else also.

Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities Notification of Interest

Please be advised that the OINP has commenced issuing NOIs under the HCP stream.

The results of yesterday’s round are as follows:

Number of invitations issued: 488
Date and time of portal search: February 12, 2018 at 2:30PM EST
CRS score range: 441-435
Date Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to February 8, 2018 at 4PM EST

The OINP is managing the volume of applications to the HCP stream at this time. The OINP will be issuing NOIs on a regular basis to applicants, who at minimum, have a CRS of 400 and meet all eligibility criteria.
