I have a score of 420. I had received a nomination from the state of Ontario in 2017. By the time I could start my application, th state closed given the limit of intake for 2017. I want to know if I still stand a chance for the state of Ontario? How do I refresh my EOI page? Or how do I refresh my profile? Thank you!

1. Ontario is a province not a state
2. from what you are describing you did not receive nomination, just NOI (notification of interest) from Ontario and for some reason your were too late to decide to use it - lesson to be learned there are always more NOI than nominations.
3. You cannot send any active EOI to Ontario. When they send their NOI, they will check which profiles do meet all their criteria (being interested to reside in Ontario or in provinces and territories; at least 3 years bachelor diploma, at least 1 year of work experience within last 5 years, CBL 7 from one of the official languages and for HCP you also need to have at least 400 points.
4. The way to "refresh" your profile is to deactivate the old one and to recreate a new one and activate it.
5. One thing that was not confirmed until now is, if Ontario will send another NOI to the applicant that did not use up the previous NOI (it is not known if they have a database of old NOI linked to accounts or not).

Thank you! Also thanks for correcting about the province Ontario is as opposed to a state. I have a CRS of 420. Language is CLB 8. I meet some of their criteria. I will have to check if recreation of profile is possible for now and if that helps I will go ahead and do it. Has anyone gotten NOi for the second time?
