CRS is 359.
From what I gather, the CRS score doesn't really matter for OINP French Speakers stream.
If you have at least a Bachelors degree, with 1yrs work experience and your French (TEF/TCF) score is @ least CLB7 and your English is @ least CLB6, you should get an NOI.

OINP has resumed the NOI sending for Skill Trades Stream last Thursday, after 2 months.
I'm hoping the same thing to happen for FSSW stream this Thursday, it has been so long.

Unfortunately you are not qualified you need B2 or Clb 7 in french if you want to apply for french speaking stream .

Last year they made one Draw under HCP stream for french speakers but I don't know which CLB in French they selected .

The A1 In french is not enough you need to write either TCF or TEF and get in one of them B2 =CLB 7 to be eligible to apply to the french speaking stream directly and you need one year full experience and a bachelor degree
