ONTARIO PNP APPLICATIONS 2016 TIMELINE

Can anyone help me with this?
I sent the PNP application with Foreign Worker category package to the OINP after the Pre-screen approval.
I put the 4 companies as my work history, but I only included the supporting documents for the 2 companies, because I was not able to contact those 2 companies.

Initially I thought this is okay, since OINP Foreign Worker category requires 2 years of work experience in 5 years.
But now, I'm worried.

Do you think this could be the issue, even the supporting documents that I've sent prove 2 years of the relevant work experience?

I have submitted my application on February 6th and still haven't heard any news. My express entry profile expires on August 11. Is there something I should do for the OINP application after I create a new express entry profile?

My Canadavisa forum is not working properly. Is it working fine at your end guys?

I have a quick question, help will be highly appreciate.
My employer hired me on monthly salary not on hourly wage. I work 40 hours/week and get paid $3500/month gross.

Is it acceptable in Employer Pre-screen thing? or I have to request my employer to break-down my salary in hourly wage?

Also, How would I know, how much OINP is looking for hourly wage in my NOC 0621?

you'll need to create a new profile and somehow you can link it to your existing profile. then fill up change of personal information form and send it to OINP indicating the new profile# and the job bank validation code#. currently they are sending AORs to Jan 29th/feb 1st applicants. So you should be receiving AOR in 2-3 weeks from now.

there were several draws with crs cutoff 450 after August, why didn't you apply via direct ITA??

Hey Jaswanth sorry for not getting back soon. So it was yesterday i got a call from oinp asking me confirm my job duties and asked me to submit latest job offer letter (i did previously attach one from may). So i did submit them with the latest one dated 17 aug 2016 right away (great hr actually ). They did ask me to send soft copy first and hand in the hard copy. I did that and got a email saying your application is in the final stage along with the new document which you sent us on 18th aug. So hoping for a something by next month.

Yes that's right all my hr did was mention the pay rate increase and change the date. One of my colleague he didn't get the call (we did apply together). I guess only if they need some additional info or they could choose random people to call. Looking at other forum posts it looks so.

Congrat, I sent my PNP application 12th of July 2016, foreign worker stream with job offer, but no AOR yet.
I'm very worried.
