It should be approved within 2 weeks after the phone call. It happened the same with most of us here

visit their web site immigration ontario, they list you all the possibilities for nomination procedure, as it varies from a category to another.

Now I'm starting to get worried. :'(

I just asked my employer and they received no correspondence from OINP. The pre-screening application AOR is dated for January 6th 2016

If I were in your position I would attempt to contact OINP or get your MP to do so! I've seen on the forum pre-screening applications taking longer than a year but at the time you applied they said it was supposed to be a 3 months processing time.

I called OINP yesterday and managed to get someone on the phone. He was extremely useful, he provided me information on how to contact the OINP team that is handling my employer's application. He said it was odd that there hasn't been any activity on it. I sent them an email yesterday, now I'm waiting on pins and needles.

I've just been using the number that they have listed on their website. +1 (416) 327-0374 then dial 1 then 0. They don't answer very often at all. I've never really tried to call them a thousand times in a row, but during my coffee break I will give them a ring or two when I want to inquire about the application.

I've been very lucky. I think yesterday was the 4th time I managed to get someone on the phone. Last time was in mid-end of September. I also recognized the phone operator's voice. I think there's only one operator answering phones and he doesn't do it very often.

For your case, do you have to update any supporting documents? In my case, we were asked for T4 slips of all the current permanent employees (since my company has less than 10 permanent employees).
