Hi,

Today I received my application package from Ontario stating below documents,

a) List of of places visited(page 2,section 6) in Canada information in Application : I did not visit any place, so had left this as blank. They raised a flag for this. Should I write "NOT APPLICABLE" ?

b) Employers reference letter: I had provided all offer letters, exit letters and pay slips of current and previous companies but they did not accpet the same. They have mentioned they require reference letter from all employers stating hours of work, wage, roles and responsibility. I did not find a specific form/format/template to forward to my employers. Also what if my employers do not provide me these reference letters? Will printout of reference letter(email) from colleagues suffice?

c) Statement of intent and ties in Ontario is also required: I had filled the form with these details, still this is being asked for. Do I need to provide a written letter stating my intent to reside in Ontario and no ties with Ontario details? Should this letter be on normal white paper or on some stamp paper.

I have been given 30 days to furnish these details.

Please help.

Sad news but hey if you be proactive and provide the requisite information, they will accept your documents.

A) they have expilicitliy stated to write not applicable and leave no blank spaces. What exactly is the question?
B) a lot has been discussed on this issue. Quickly make a search in the forum and find out someone who was successful with a letter from collegue. I am not too experienced on this and will not guide you wrong.
C) A letter of intent is essential. You can write it on a normal white paper and sign it. Mention your ties, friends, visits, education etc. Basically you need to show that you genuinely want to settle in ontario.

a) YES
b) You need to get the experience letters in the required format. I suggest you draft it and send to your employers to print and sign. If they decline to do that, you can get a supervisor to do it but it needs to be on company letter head, signed and stamped. Email is not acceptable.
c) Yes, you need a written letter (you can type), with your signature. White paper is okay.

Guys! Re-creating profile for PT is for real. Ontario has made it official!

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

So, those of who haven't received a PT yet, go ahead and recreate your profile and get a PT.

Good luck and all the very best!!

hi all,

do i have to attest the certificates and documnets from notary to submit to ontario? if so what documents?

Only for educational certificate they have said certified true copy and all others are copies.
For fund we need to make affidavit and gift deed, does this to be made by a notary or in normal stamp paper.
do we need to send the originals of the affidavit and gift deed and the networth certificate?
for birth certificate i got a non availability certificate from the secretary in grama panchayath, who is issuing the certificates. Will that be sufficient or anything else i need to give for that?

thanks in advance

Thanks StAnger for sharing letter of intent draft. If I use exactly same draft(names and few details changed), will it be a problem?

@One_Topsy I contacted all of my employers for sharing the reference letter and

Letters Must Be:

written on company letterhead
signed by responsible supervisor
show companies full address
stamped.
Letters must include:

Period of employment
positions you have held and time period for each
main responsibilities in each position
total annual salary plus benefits for each position
number of hours per week in each position

However one of the past employers no longer exist(got acquired by another company), and new entity is not responding. Rest of the employers agreed to share reference letter, but again they said not all of the requested detail can be mentioned due to company policy restriction. Even the current and past supervisors are finding them handicapped by company rules, and unable to help.

I am in a catch 22 situation. Please suggest what I can do.

Attested copies of education certificates should be fine.

Gift deed should me made via notary. Send originals of affidavits.

Send 10th certificate, affidavit, non availability certificate supported by a letter of explanation and requesting the officer to consider your 10th certificate as proof of birth. You can also include aadhar card, DL etc.

Hey, I don't understand, why everybody says that OINP requires notarised credentials if all of us have assessment reports from the authorities? In their official guide the list only the assessment report, then why do you spend money on notarising your educational papers? :'(

Not required, IMO. People I know have got nomination without a notarized degree certificate. A plain degree certificate and ECA report will do.
