Also, does anyone know when they started issuing certificates last year? I know there was a backlog for 2012 as well since they reached their quota in the fall of 2012.

my friend got it in march/april 2013 he did his application in december 2012

How did you ask for your officer exactly the time you got through? Word by word so I can try again

LOL! I wish I could remember, but all I know is I had called PNP Office and when the receptionist picked up the call.. I had explained my situation where in I had got request for additional documents, even she couldn't get it after I had explained twice. I did ask if I can talk directly to my PNP Officer, she took about 2-3 minutes and said she'd be transferring the call.

I haven't called my case officer at all. I heard someone else did call them. But I am not sure if it is appropriate to that.
