Re: which is easiest province to get PNP

OINP is your best bet since you have done a qualification from Ontario. You need to obtain minimum 400 CRS Points so that you can be eligible to receive PT NOI from Ontario. All the best.

Thanks for the Replay. CRS points is for the PNP or for the PR. How much time duration will take to get a PNP in Ontario if I have a full time job offer

Minimum 400 CRS points is the requirement for OINP. Once you receive nomination, then you would get additional 600 CRS points. With a valid job offer, you can expect nomination within 3 to 4 months after application submission.

Thanks.. Can you give a clarification in the following points.

1) Is the nomination and PNP are same? Should I do anything to get PNP after getting nomination and how long that process takes
2) After getting the nomination, what should I do to get PR and how long the process takes to get PR
3) Is there is any quota limit in Ontario for getting nomination and can I apply at anytime in an year for getting nomination?

PNP is Provincial Nominee Program. Each province has its own PNP and its own eligibility criteria. When your application for a particular PNP is successful, then you receive nomination from that particular province. This nomination letter fetches you additional 600 CRS Points and then you receive an ITA in the next draw. Let's say you have 410 CRS Points now. After receiving nomination, your points will be 410 + 600 = 1010 CRS Points.

2) After getting the nomination, what should I do to get PR and how long the process takes to get PR
Once you receive ITA, then you need to apply to IRCC for PR within 60 days of receiving ITA.

3) Is there is any quota limit in Ontario for getting nomination and can I apply at anytime in an year for getting nomination?
You cannot apply to Ontario on your own. You can apply to OINP only if you receive PT NOI from Ontario in your My CIC account after you create your EE profile. OINP sends PT NOI throughout the year depending on the availability of quota for that year and time period.
