I graduated in April 2013 and have PGWP until Sep 2016.

Since CEC req LMIA, I am planning to apply under PNP under international student program.(Grad date June 2013 in certificate)

I have a NOC B job offer (I already started working), I am planning to start pre-scanning by my employer.

now I have few questions.

1. Do I have enough time in hand? (considering the 90 days pre-screening time)

2. How long does it take to get a PNP in ON?

3. Is my employer and I submit all the required documents, will I definitely get a PNP or they might refuse me?

If you start now, you should be fine. I had 1 year PGWP and was able to do it.

My company applied back in June, by Sept the position was approved. (Around 90 days)
Send my docs in Sept. to Ontario Government
In Nov received a request to send additional documents from Ontario Government.

Now waiting for the nomination.

Good for u bro. My company applied for pre screening at end of july 2014 and still we are waiting for result.

I am afraid to say that u might not be able to apply for OPNP. Because requirement is that u need to apply for PNP within 2 years of graduation. If u have graduated in April 2013, than u have to apply for PNP before April 2015. Note: Apply prescreening and PNP is different thing.
