Hi guys, this is Praveen. I hope you can help me with my situation.
I did my 2 year post-secondary diploma in Toronto and got 3 year open work permit (I don't have a bachelor's degree)
I have gained 1 year of work experience now
I recently changed my company and been working here for three months
My new employer is willing to give me a Permanent Job Offer by the end of this month.
But my employer has not been registered through employer pre-screen application on OINP.
And I wonder they might have to get an LMIA for my position to give me a permanent job offer
So if the company gets the LMIA, All I have to do is apply for express entry under experience class and submit my job offer and employers LMIA and should I be able to get the necessary 600 additional points?
And also do I have to enter my express entry profile even before the company process the LMIA or offer me a permanent job or I could do that after I get the offer and the letters?
Please do let me know if you happen to know some information regarding this as any of your experience might also help me a little..
