You have to withdraw your existing profile and create a new profile! That means de-activating your current job bank as well. You need to create a new jobbank account and key in the new EE profile number AND your new job seeker code.MhamadK said:

Nothing different will happen after you create a new profile except you'll get a message in your myCIC account that says "Ontario would like to consider you for nomination under its provincial nominee program...". This is called a PT or interest letter. After you get this, you can send your application to Ontario.
I got it after recreating. I suggested this to other people and at least 5 people to who I recommended got PT.
