Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program Updates- Creating new profile works!

For those who haven't received PT from Ontario but are above 400 points, there is still hope. This is from the official OINP website.

"November 24, 2015

Express Entry is an Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) application management system to manage permanent resident applications for skilled migration to Canada.

Ontario uses Express Entry (EE) to select potential nominees for permanent residence under two Ontario Express Entry Streams.

It has come to our attention that technical issues may have resulted in candidates not receiving Notification of Interest (NOI) though they believe they meet the criteria for Ontario’s Express Entry streams. If you believe you fall into this category and have not received an NOI within one month of submitting your EE profile, we encourage you to create a new profile in the EE system. If you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile.

If you have any questions about your EE profile please contact Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada."

So creating new profile actually works!!

Finally they admitted that our theory about creating new profile is true to its core

Do they mean to delete the whole ee profile/account and create a new profile/account?

Or

Withdraw the submitted express entry profile and just create a new ee in the same mycic account?

Withdraw the old one, make a new one.
Interesting to see they admitted that this technique actually works, but good to see for everyone hoping for a PT regardless

What this also means is that there is probably no other hidden criteria like preferred NOCs.

Honestly, that would make so much more sense than the mixed signals we would otherwise have to admit to getting if there was some hidden criteria along those lines. There is simply no pattern to discern here.

I have my profile created already in EE pool so do i have delete the profile and create a new one to be able to pick up under OINP human capital priorities stream and another question i am currently working in AB so i have select Ontario or any province while creating profile ?

Is this for real???? How can we make sure that we dont lose anything by deleting our profiles? How do we know that they fixed their issues?

Your EE score has to be above 400.

Select "All provinces"

Just withdraw the current profile and create a new one. You will need to register job bank again

If you don't have any pending application with the EE profile (e.g. PNP) you can safely withdraw and create a new one. You don't have anything to loose

Well I am a little worried about the age points, I am over 30 and every year I lose 5 points in this system. I figure that I still have those 5 points until this profile expires in August.
However if there is a chance to get invited by Ontario if I delete it, then I will do it. I just want to be sure. I want to see if other people have tried it, and if they received a PT.

Hi Raj, what did it say in your old profile, and how has it changed? When did you withdraw your application and make a new one?

My application says the following right now:
Province/Territory Nomination No nomination at this time
Provincial Nominee Program Not Met

I have over 400 points.

Do you think it will changed if I delete the profile and start over?
