what are your chances of getting PR after getting work permit when finished with a one year grad cert programme? I know u need one full year of experience before you can apply for Express entry. Anyone?

Equivalent to a post graduation degree

One year Canadian work experience will qualify you for the Canadian experience class in the express entry system. You'll earn more points with both your Canadian education and work experience, so good chances for PR.

hi. so if i get one year full time work experience on PGWP, i can appy for EE only AFTER completing this one year. so EE takes a few months. once my PGWP time is up, i would have to return to my home country and then apply for EE?

also doesnt canadian experience class require NOC skill type 0, A and B? What if your one year work experience is not NOC skill type 0, A and B?
A scenario: if I get some small data entry clerk type of job on my PGWP? What can I do in this case? Do i resign and leave canada and then apply for EE or can i apply for PNP in the meantime? Also what will happen once my PGWP time is up?

I would hope you can apply for a work permit extension, also you can seek a valid job offer in that time.

i read that cic does not extend work permits however they can be renewed. what do u mean by due diligence?

The 2 year study program will allow you a 3 year work permit after.

I mean read thru the various PNPs eligibility and requirements for each, bit also research about living and working in each to prep yourself.
