you are taking too much tension.
Just plan your trip all you need to care about is the following.
a- Enough Cash Canadian dollars that you can take out of Pakistan by hand.
b- If you have some more cash that is either available in future by selling property or car or anything from any legal source, I would suggest you opening US Dollar account in Pakistan have it Jointly operated by your father, mother brother/sister. What will happen is that when your funds are available they can convert the PAK rupees and deposit the US dollar into this account. Once you are in Canada you can have one US dollar account and then make TT or Wire Transfer from PAK to Canada. Just be sure that the First Transaction in Pakistan US Dollar account should not exceed 45000 US Dollars if its above then state bank will be alert due to Anti Money Laundering System. You can make second transaction again not exceeding 45000 USD and have as much as you want. Collect all evidence of the source keep it in a file and give it to your PAKISTANI BANK and have one scanned and mailed to you in Canada. Once your relative make a Wire Transfer to your Canadian Account the Canadian bank will negotiate transaction back and forth and source / evidence will be required. Once your bank in Pakistan releases all the information your Canadian counter part will make this fund available to you.
c- while you are boarding plan and about to reach Canadian Space you will be given declaration card. You can declare whatever goods you have bought from duty free shop. and when it comes to Currency be sure you mention all of them even coins and your local Pakistan currency. dont worry if it exceeds 10,000 limit, even if you have 100,000 USD with you cash you write no one will take from you but they are happy this money is coming to their country. Also word of caution , dont bring any vegatable made stuff, meat or Milk products , on declaration card even if you have are asked to declare if you have milk product just click Yes, because chocolate have milk, biscuits have milk otherwise you will be fined 250 CAD.
d- Social insurance and PR card will be taken care of at the Port of Entry. Nothing to worry about. PR will be processed at POE, if for some reason SIN is not processed you can always go to your nearest SERVICE ONTARIO Office every locality has one they will process your SIN and OHIP(medical) card.
e- once arrived settle and prepare for G1 written test all adults. once you pass you will receive G1 driver's license and its your photo ID.

Have all your important documents scanned and make backup.
if you have laptop make sure you dont have any explicit or child pornography or animal pornography its SERIOUS OFFENSE in canada.
Get Experience letter from SSP office for driving license like this you will be exempted from G2 level License and this reduces your wait time by 1 year.
Keep warmers full sleeves, leggings, thick socks, underwears, woolen muffler, sweaters. here in canada you dont really need sweaters because high wind chills you need Best jacket which you will buy from Canada, but obviously you need one jacket from Pakistan have full polyester filling not too expensive just bring what you have in your wardrobe. Many ppl say bring your masala and stuff, bullshit its almost same price here in canada. Just one thing we miss is our TAVVAAA (skillet), Pressure cooker, Fork and Spoons - Pakistan stain less steel is best and its damn expensive here. since your timing is good you might find best deals on Black Friday, xmas, boxing day etc. Oh i forgot to mention, since you are in Pakistan, get long sleeves shirt from Outfitters, Break out thick ones , my God its too expensive here and Pakistani Fleece is best, get Night suites and pajamas from Pakistan as well. Some may think i am talking crazy but that is my experience so far.

. Also I'd like to mention, if anyones buying cooking pans/pots - make sure their base are flat, and not the curved ones - in Pak we have flame burners and curved base works well, here, electric ovens work well with flat based pots.
