Dear all please suggest ..........

I come here in Canada in March 2014 still i am jobless ........Even i can not do any odd job , as on my OWP , there is clealy mentioned that i can not do any other than my NOC code

and You know , we all submit our PR fee and medicals has done. and unexpectedly after coming last email regarding QA ( as many guys think ) . our applicant hang and nothing is in process...........

Now i am also suffering some financial problem and want to go back Pakistan.............

what you suggest , should i go back Pakistan and wait my PR and then come back .........

Let suppose , i go back , There will be any effect on my PR case status..........as i come Canada and did not find job and now going back Pakistan.....

I suggest you try for another 2 months. After that, you should consider coming back your home country and find a job there. Hanging in Canada is wasting your money. In addition, with the gap between job, it will be hard for you to find a job later when you have PR. More importantly, CIC may ask you to submit a personal history again, which happens to many people. If CIC sees that you were in Canada for almost a year without job, they may start asking question about your ability to settle down in Canada. Having a job in your home country is still better than jobless in Canada.

But as far as i know OWP means you can work for any employer then why is there a restriction on you to work for listed NOC job only????

If any Ontario FSW Backlog Pilot applicant (submitted additional docs in July/August) living in Canada or who has some friend/relative in Canada can apply for privacy act (https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en), it would be a great help to know how our processing is going at this moment. It takes one month to get GCMS notes for a fee of $5. Some of International Master students on this forum order those notes regularly. Their processing flow is different from us (They have their Medical done and their status is still Application Received). This is the good time to order those notes as CIC has started working on PNP applications again after a delay of more than a month (after August)

Today I received a call from quality assurance of Ontario provincial nominee program ,they asked some questions and they said they want to verify my information on their system,does that mean something ?

I am ON PNP and also got the email from them asking similar questions.

They said that it is part of QA review.

I guess it just means our cases are selected for QA.
