Dear Nasir,

hope your PPR1 is on the way becoz it is almost 6 months gonna pass... any news or contact from LVO after medical?

thanks

Has anybody tried to contact CPC Ottawa after receiving that email which was asking for employment letter and experience etc ...

I contacted them and they replied back :

Your file is in Ottawa for processing and will be reviewed by one of our officers.

Medical results:
We have received your medical results.

does that mean they have not yet started looking at the file? I have sent all these documents around 1 month ego, any similar response?
Thanks

any news from any one ?

how much OTTAWA would take time to get back to LVO ..

I tried to send a couple of emails got automated response for the first two emails but no response at all for the last two emails which had some queries did not get automated response as well. I hope it will all workout. I am abit worried I have been chasing this application since 2007. Backlog Reduction FSW pilot Nominee. Pinned lots of hopes on it, now frankly am really scared.

Dear Zain,
No news yet. Actually, I have changed my job and I am working in OMAN. Should I update OTTAWA and CHC London regarding my new job, Address and Mobile number?

Hi Dear PheonixZZ

What is your NOC CODE ...............

I think for the time being , only those people received email who has NOC CODE 2173............

Hi VUExpert,

My NOC code as it apppeared on PNP Nomination certificate is 2171 and as far as I know it is not regulated.

dont worry you all they gave one month time means they also dont wanna waste time and try to reduce time as minimum as possible. as our count has started due to medical expiry.....

please let me know that other than 2173 NOC code , has any one received any email( like perspective employer or Proof of membership and/or registration) whose NOC code is not 2173 ......

Yes, I have also received it and mine is 2171.

I don't think this letter has to do any thing with NOC codes. I agree with isalamabad786 on this point, this Quality Assurance Pilot will run on ALL PNP FSW Pilot program left overs :)
For the re-evaluation criteria i think they can reject us stating a different reason than what really it was i.e. absence of Job Offer letter in Ontario.

Just send an email to CPC and ask them if they receive documents. You will get reply in 3-4 days. I did receive reply email from CPC assistant after 3 days even though I did not receive auto-acknowledgement for email with attachment and inquiry email without attachment. They replied me that they did not receive attachment emails (sent three times)

May be I am wrong but the feelings that I am getting is all OPNP candidates in any program "without Job Offer" have been put on hold, now you may call it with any name, Quality Assurance checking, delay tactic, visa quota outage, etc, etc.

What I am reading on this site on other forums, people with OPNP or any PNP are still getting visas issued and they are going only people without job offer are put on hold for sometime or some decision.

My thoughts only.

I agree with you ... it is also a decision from a very senior officer in CIC as it affects many applications from Ontario PNP ... They are auditing this agency across various programs .... I feel that CIC is auditing Ontario PNP especially but I still understand that they can't change selection criteria or we are entitled to go legal against them.

What a strange situation ! we runnig from our countries due to so many problems such as this kind of red tape ... does Canada really worth all this headache ?!!!! ... Given the terrible weather, huge Taxes and very tough and competitive labor market ...

I am reading across other threads ... some people took 4-5 years to land a decent job in their career .. Others in Canada with PR and Landing share their terrible experience in getting a job as everyone asks for nationality ....

After 7 years of crazy application process, there are another 7 years to get nationality and land on a decent job.
