That is MR for PR. But since CIC forwarded my PR application in Manila VO and I sent OWP in the same VO with supporting letter coming from CIC which stated that -- "in reference to your PNP Nomination", then I would like to believe that Manila VO will be able to consolidate all documents due to unique file number. I am pretty sure the embassy is aware of this. So once you recieved MR for PR, that can be considered as your MR for your OWP also. It is what I assumed but logically correct.

Hi xingyun,

For the OWP, what documents did you submiited? Did you submit again police/NBI clearance and proof of funds?

Regards

Hi Maryam,
I also received via email the MR on Jan 15 (VO-Manila) for PRV.

I went for medicals today but have to come back again tomorrow because of the valid ID. Here, they no longer accept the driver's license as ID. My passport is with VO (sent along with OWP application) so I cannot use that. I will bring my NBI Clearance as ID tomorrow for the medicals.

Also, they need 6 passport-sized photos. In the emailed Medical Instructions, one page said only 2 passport-sized photos. Another page said only 4 colored photos. This was also confusing.

Since this MR is for PRV, I am thinking also that VO-Manila will consolidate the PRV and OWP applications. Hopefully, they give the PRV and cancel out the OWP.

Thanks for updating your logsheet.

Hi xingyun! I'm about to send my owp application also.. Have u recvd aor for it? What checklist did u use?the one posted on manila vo or the one in cic website? Pls. Advise..
You have to follow the checklist in cic plus the checklist in manila just to be sure. There could be some missing requirements in cic.
I have not received AOR yet for my OWP.

Hi Xingyun,

I also would like to know if you received any AOR for the OWP application. I sent mine last December 2012 (local VO Sydney, Australia) with my passports but received no confirmation yet from VO. I only knew that the OWP application was received by my local VO through the mail delivery confirmation from the Australian Post.

Thanks!
No AOR yet for my OWP.

Dear members
I am Pre 2008 FWS applicant. I received letter for Ontario FSW Pilot in March 2012 and I applied under Ontario FSW Pilot program in May 2012. Then I received a letter from immigration in November 2012 indicating that I do not meet eligibility criteria for this program. Reason they gave is my IELTS score is not sufficient and I had less bank balance then required. Now my questions are as below.
(1) Since now I am ineligible for Provincial Nomination, does my old FSW application still stays in queue for normal processing or will that be closed as well?
(2) I recently checked my online application status. And it says "Decision Made" -> A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision". What does this mean? Are there any other people in this forum who have rejection for Provincial Nomination and on the same boat as me? What are your online application status?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

I suggest you try to get in touch with CIC on this because as far as I can remember, the first letter stated that in any case you are denied for PNP, your FSW will still be active or will be refunded. Check the first letter.
