I have not received AOR yet for my OWP.

Does anyone know what is the referenced "free in-person assistance?"

What is the next step upon receipt of AoR...do I expect another AoR from my VO. Has anyone received AoR from his/her VO ?

Does any of you have recieved the OWP ? in fact I just got my AOR from CIO and now confused is it worthy to
apply for OWP or wait for additional (approx. 4 months) for MR from the VO ?

Hi,

Has anyone checked their ecas lately? Mine used to show 'Application Received' on the new application and 'Decision Made' for the old application. Now it only shows 'Application Received'. Anyone else who can confirm this. Has anyone heard from CIC about the refund yet?
