today i have got some response from FSW Ontario Opportunity: please find below.

HI IYIKK,

I have a question, either these open work permits will be issued to all the applicants who have applied under FSW backlog reduction pilot program or to only those who have applied under Ontario PNP. As i have applied under Manitoba pnp in June 2012 under the same category.

Please comment.

I am not sure about the manitoba PNP, but even under FSW backlog reduction pilot program also got rejecting applications, day before the yday, i have seen one case, he/she under the FSW backlog reduction pilot applicant and put some comments in FB, stating that he/she under FSW but file got the rejected, din't mention any details of rejection, just given i have got letter today and it was rejection on my file under my NOC category.. that's it.

There is no specific place for it, you can paste it one the first page of IMM0008(generic form).

What can I infer about my processing status from this?

I had mailed the application around 12-13 October and they would have received it by 15-16th.

Good news, Congrats.Mine received there @16th too but as i payed the processing fee by money order I can't know about the time it's going the cash.
but I hope that I will get AOR in two weeks.
