hi dears i am new at the forum

i received my Nomination letter on 3rd november

can any forum friend confirm me that we only have to send forms after filling it , or we will also have to submit all photocopies of academic and IELTS photocopy

Congratulation
you need to submit some specific documents too, like copy of IELTS.
Read Application package – Provincial nominees and according to this Guide prepare everything and send them

2--- IMM 5669
3---SCHEDULE4:ECONOMIC CLASSES
4---Proof of language proficiency
5--- police certificates
6---photo requirement
7---fee payment

any thing other than 7 forms

and what other documents you attach with these forms

Hi there

You don't need to submit Academic or work documents.As I remember you should only submit certified copies of Identity and Civil documents(like Birth Certificate,Marriage Certificate,...) ,Police Certificate, copy of your IELTS, copy of you passport, Nomination letter you received from Ontario and two labels containing your address one in English and the second in your native language. but to be sure check with IMM5690E(checklist form) and you should send this check list with your forms too.
Also your package should included these forms either : IMM5620E,IMM5562E,IMM5406E,IMM5669

As I've sent my package about one month ago I recommend you to check what I said with the Checklist.

No I checked with my courier that my application was delivered to CIC and I did payment by Money Order.

Fine thx. If it was using Credit card you could have known when they debited your Card.

I am working here in Saudi Arabia, and to get the PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) here I must have a requirement letter from Canadian Embassy, so that means I can not submit the PCC along with my application, Should I submit my application without it and wait for them to ask for it. It may prolong the process.

Why don't you try to contact them on their official page on facebook https://www.facebook.com/#!/studyworkstay?fref=ts
as far as i know ,that you still can apply without the police certificate ,yet you have to submit it once it is issued

Oh I need to do this for Singapore. I can perhaps do the same sending them the checklist along with my PNP copy and a letter. Does anyone else concur or would they really expect some letter stating the need for my PCC?

Yes we are under Economic category and our Sub Category is Provincial Nominee program.
