No dear My visa office as PNP nominee is Jordan , warsaw is the visa office of my CIC application as FSW
But it is really confusing , this program was initiated to fasten the processing time of the backlog files , and this is mentioned in the first letter of nomination , and now they are processing FSW applications and send MR .. so what is the benefit that we gained ?

on the other hand , in the letter of PNP approval they mentioned that it will be expedited processing by CIC ,
Hope this waiting process wil come to an end sooon

As I understood from the content, your saying is true, but I think it isn't really started yet and we should wait till Opportunities Ontario update its site and formally announce that they are able to issue support letters for open work permits for us.

You are totally right , I was just reading the guid and it seems that our case as PNP is not considered yet

If my memory serves me right, I believe we all approved FSW-Pilot PNP nominees are eligible for open work permits. We do need to find a way to get that though

Hi,
I have the some confusion as where to apply for the next step now, as per the nomination kit they sent me it is mention that I must apply to Nova Scotia Sydney, and if I go by your thread quoted above I must apply in Islamabad as that is my visa office since I am a Pakistani.

I was under the impression that all "Ontario PNP nomination under FSW pilot" have the same visa office to apply for next step.
Can you or someone other members please help me out here?

Go by what your nomination kit says; it clearly says to send out the application package to Sydney, NS.

After checking with ontario official page on facebook about the work permit for PNP nominees ,here is my question and their reply

but after checking the forms and the guide ,our case as PNP nominees is not considered yet in all formes , so please advise}

I will go by the nomination kit and will apply to NS Sydney.

what do you think they (Sydney) will transfer our files to our respective visa offices once they are done with the file creation or our (FSW Pilot cases) will be processed throught NS Sydney, because I am under the impression that our cases will be treated on priority basis.

Any thought on this.

Yes once Sydney has processed the file it will go to the visa office mostly closest to you and directions to them should be for faster processing.

Yes it was the same for me too. It is not a fillable form and you should print it and then write in it.
