I dont remember exactly but for adults its around 7000 and children up to 3 its i think 2000 and for 6 yrs old something like 3000. ur ecase will be updated in approx. one week. they will also ask you to bring 5 photo copies of two pages of passports along with medical forms as well as 5 photographs in light colour shirt in white background. but i remember they only took one copy of each passport , forms and took photos on site with their own camera. it is bcoz they update medical online. did they ask you for other docs and RPRF as well.zain92 said:

yes these are the forms. Correct. Surely it LL save you time. As far as my observation is from two to three cases , normally they ask for update forms when there is change in your circumstances like job, location etc.... This is my personal observation from two or three cases including mine, may be I am wrong. As I changed job as well as country and similarly two other cases which I know. But might be I am wrong. Good luck for medical, its a 2-3 hrs job, but much cheaper in Pakistan then ME.zain92 said:

Medical is for everyone even for new born you will receive medical request. At IOM they will take all her data from you along with picture and will then only check her weigh n height. That's all.zain92 said:

Well i have observered people who have done medical and waiting for many month like 8 to 11 months BUT on the other side i have seen many people too who have received PP1 after 2 to 5 months of medical...
any feedback?

Today I have received CIC London email regarding request for updated following forms
Generic IMM0008
Schedule A, Background Decl.
Provincial Nominee Form
Additional Family Details Form
Up to date Police Certificate since Nov 2012
and also request for medical done and payment of the of Permanent Resident Fee.
They give me 60 calendar days to response.
However, I have a query. I recently got married and need to add my spouse name as a dependent. Also my wife is expecting so therefore do not want to get ger medical done because of the some complications in the past.
Is it possible to delay my wife medical till the end of her pregnancy?
