your case is almost similar to mine, below pl find reply to your queries.

1- my status was also changed to in process in mid April and I received MR along with RPRF and following docs request in 3rd Week of May.
A. IMM0008
B. Schedule A, Background Decl.
C.Provincial Nominee Form
D. Additional Family Details Form
E. Up to date PCC

you will get 60 Days. Medical expenses will depend on number of persons. However for 4 persons including 2 kids if u r in Pakistan will cost you 18-19000. For medical get appointment from IOM, they submit results online. They ll guide you during appointment regarding required docs. For kids under 3 it ll be only physical examination and up to 6 only urine test. For adults it ll be complete medical like xray. Blood, urine and physical examination.

yes its working. Keep your passports with you while calling for appointment.

As per the instructions, you should have medical test within 60 days after receiving the medical request. You can schedule your medical test.

Dear Zain,

I just suggest do medical test soon.
If further tests are required CIC will contact you in written.
Keep in touch with doctor because if further tests are required it is also uploaded in panel of physicians software.
Once you have completed medical within 2 or 3 weeks your eCase will be updated with Medical tests received.

The problem is that now a days i am taking medicines for cough , fever and flu........should i go for medical with all of these medicines?

or should i wait so that after medicines taking i would go for medical?

I do not think these will effect your medical test. However, it is better to take advice from a doctor.
