Congratulations, please share your experience, how and what you did to get it done?

dear i think our background checks are already checked when they issue PNP Nomination letter issued by Province,Ontario ( as they called interview ) and security issue in our native and working countries( when work permit issue ) .

so now our file will be reviewed by the Federal Immigration Officer and they issue medical request / or RPR fee as per federal law.

i did not receive medical request and no RPRF...


1) when background check starts?

i means what is the seqence of these two process

first background checks then file would be reviewed by officer.

first file would be reviewed by officer then background checks then .


OR

in reviewing file by the immigration officer they do background checks...?

Dear almost they issue PR to all countries to the 600 nominated persons except Pakistan.

as some guys received medical request and specially Nasir received RPR fee request. Hopefully In sha Allaha , our cases will be finalized soon

Dear All.. my case track

1) i was interviewed.
2) my case was transferred to London.
3) i did not avail WP.
4) I emailed them and they replied. " File in waiting state and awaiting for review by immigration officer.
5) no reply since then, no document updates since then no medical since then no nothing. still waiting....
6) what is the difference between in these two replies from LONDON,First, "File in waiting state and awaiting for review by immigration officer." and Second, "you file is in background checks"
I dont know but i am feeling that they will take our case around 3 years to finalize from 2012.... i dont know why but i am feelings.... when they should and must give first priority to our cases.....

after all things just hoping best from ALLAH.....

My case has almost 3 three and half months exceeded normal processing time. Since normal time arrived, I ask status through case specific enquiry form, usually they respond within seveal days.
I have ever been to many countries, so was chosen for interview and after that, I was required to submit RCMP( police clearance from Canada) eventhough I have never been to Canada until now. Then do the second medical exam. These process has delayed my case, I think.

i think CHC will take 6 months after medical request to return passport.

my local visa office is also CHC london , but still not contact and update at my end .

dear have you avail work permit or not............

you are in saudi arab now , have you switch your visa office from london to saudi arab or not...........

It seems that there is no fast-track processing for Ontario FSW pilot program. The way they are processing, it might take 29 months or more like regular PNP applicants from London office. Except for few countries, the processing time for most of the visa offices is far less even for regular PNP

so pray and do not give such comments which once again hurt us.....( just kidding)

Our visa office is not Pakistan its London. Am I right ? Please correct me.

Do not worry, In Sha Allah, we will soon get the PR. I think 52 months time is for regular PNP candidates not for Ontario FSW Pilot applicants.

Yes our processing office is London not islamabad. If you remember, they transferred all files of FSW applicants who applied before 2008 to London from Islamabad. At that time we were counting on London processing time.

Hi everyone,

Finally I received the PPR email with visa validity mentioned till April 2015 . My wife's passport expires before that so I've applied for renewal to get maximum visa validity.

Now comes the time to plan things for the big move . Would appreciate if anyone has suggestions on the following:

• I am planning to move either in December this year (kids' school, bonus coming up, etc.) or March next year (to avoid harsh winters). March makes more sense to me as not sure if Winters will be easy to bear for new immigrant plus job search may be hard. Would appreciate suggestion in this regard
• Can anyone point to forums where information about planning and preparations is discussed. I may have questions about things/money to take, job, housing, etc. so don't want to spam this forum

this year winter was so harsh that even brother ( living canada since last six year) said , its too harsh, so i suggest come next year .....as Ramzan is also going to start with in a month.....

Dear i came in march in Windsor City (Ontario) and the winter has been finished...........

Here Schooling is no issue ...........Children can get admission whole year......

For time , if you have big amount , make with "travel check"............one person can keep cash up to 10,000$

my e-case status has been changed in second last week from "Application received" to " In Process" and new line has been place that" we have started processing your application on xx-xx-xxxxx"..

any comments please on this....
