For you, its been a wait of 6 months from interview till ppr.Did you ever write mails to them enquiring about your status? If yes, do they give reply back? I`have done with my medicals and rprf in feb`14 and after that they asked me for more documents, which I send in april and now again its more than a month and nothing from their side.should i write a mail or still wait? as a FSW backlog pilot, I have been waiting since years.

I sent my medical, RPRF and new applications forms in April, 2014. My status changed from documents received to In Process in May, 2014. How much time will it normally take to complete the PR process after status being changed into IN PROCESS? Is there any Ontario FSW Pilot candidate from CHC London received Passport Request or Permanent Residence?

i think CHC will take 6 months after medical request to return passport.

my local visa office is also CHC london , but still not contact and update at my end .

dear have you avail work permit or not............

you are in saudi arab now , have you switch your visa office from london to saudi arab or not...........

No, I did not avail work permit. I have not switched my visa office. It is London.
Is there any problem if work permit is not availed?

5) no reply since then, no document updates since then no medical since then no nothing. still waiting....
6) what is the difference between in these two replies from LONDON,First, "File in waiting state and awaiting for review by immigration officer." and Second, "you file is in background checks"
I dont know but i am feeling that they will take our case around 3 years to finalize from 2012.... i dont know why but i am feelings.... when they should and must give first priority to our cases.....

after all things just hoping best from ALLAH.....

I have same case track except that there is not interview for me. They asked for additional documents back in July 2013 such as Poilice certificate from one of the country where i had stayed more than 1 year plus written statement regarding my establishment plans. I submitted all docs back in Sep 2013. On inquiry back in Sep 2013 and in April 2014, LONDON office replied with "File is awaiting/still waiting for review by immigration officer". Application status is "Application Received on Feb xx,2013"

i did not receive medical request and no RPRF...


1) when background check starts?

i means what is the seqence of these two process

first background checks then file would be reviewed by officer.

first file would be reviewed by officer then background checks then .


OR

in reviewing file by the immigration officer they do background checks...?

dear there is no problem rather you avail work permit or not.

but you are the first lucky guy , who received medical request and submit RPRF fee from Pakistan ( for London visa office ).

still there is no as such good scene for all of us............
