I am the one in both the forums.. yes some one said that he has emailed to PNP regarding sending out nomination and they responded that they will do only in NOV end.

Please share the contents on the certificate (except the private ones), also what does else mention on letter.

well i can understand your concern after all the misleading posts being posted for past few weeks.
It is a 3 page letter so i wont be able to share in the exact word by word contents. In short, they have dispatched a Nomination Certificate. I am supposed to apply to CIO with complete application package n if it would be complete they would fwd it to CIC. No details on further how much time would be taken by CIO n CIC. However they have also given me an option to apply for temporary work permit. The parcel included the welcome package as well. You can get to read some of the contents of the letter on Oppurtunities Ontario website, section After you apply.
As just surveyed on CIC website it still says 12 to 41 months for CIC, in my case as i am applying from Pakistan.

Have a couple of questions and would highly appreciate your answers :
1.) What is your NOC code ?
2. ) Did they give you 6 months deadline to apply or is it any less ?
3.) Do you have to forward your application for PR to CIO in Pakisthan or somewhere else.

my noc is 2173
have to submit the docs to sydney,nova scotia
my nomination certificate expires in march 2013, got to apply b4 that. i hope it was helpful
