Better check the copy of the generic form with you to ensure that it has the word validated at the upper right hand corner

We are actually not sure of the occupations but hopefully will be all the occupations but may be limited. The best way to beat this is for your brothers to be prepared, eg Ielts, transcripts for credential evaluation, etc

what about if one is a member of a well recognised professional body in canada using ones foreign credential to obtain, do i need to do any assessment? or can i just tender the letter of admission and certificate of the professional body. cheers

Don't be surprised if they actually did give him. they asked for the criteria, but he could have other criteria most people may not have e.g job offer which means accelerated nomination. Ontario also insinuated that they can select who ever. I can't rule out his nomination. Cheers
