Thank you all for the wishes...

NDVO did not refund me for OWP application fee and they said as per policy as the application for OWP was already started processing and so they don't refund the application fee once an application is started being processed upon.

1. How to initiate a JOB search.
Through Online Websites WORKOPOLIS, MONSTER CANADA , INDEED CANADA. You need to have a Phone number on which recruiters can contact you.

2. Which place is better to live.

It depends what is your skill set and what kind of job you are looking for. e.g for IT , I would say in GTA area you might find more number of job openings. You may search above website and see the Work Location for the kind of jobs you are interested into.

3. How much is the rent etc etc
Rent also depends upon in which area you live and the type of accommodation you are looking for e.g : Individual House, Apartment , Condo Unit , A Basement or a Shared accommodation.
Search inside www.kijiji.ca , http://www.gottarent.com/ or any other sites like this you find on google.

Hi Niagra,
Please note DD should be payable to Receiver General of Canada. You should send this DD to CHC UK.

My application Reached Nova Scotia office in Dec 2012 and 1st AOR in January 2013 . I am not sure when was my file transferred to Srilanka. I need to check my mails and see what was the date for Second AOR when file got transferred to Srilanka....Anyways then I tried to wake them up and they asked for RPRF in June then some docs in July 2013, After that they are in Deep sleep. I tried to wake them up in Nov but of no use they are still sleeping. May be they will wake up in New Year 2014 after realizing that this person has already worked in Canada for more than 2 years so he might be able to Survive Harsh Canadian Winters and then issue me PR visa.... ;D . Lets hope for good.
