Yes I am aware of that. I have already mentioned this several times elsewhere on the forum - They might start issuing nominations to November Applicants after they are done sending AORs to December applicants.
Dear Rajkamal
I can understand the agony u must b going thru given the undue delay in your nomination. I hope this testing time comes to an end soon.
Gud Luck!!

Hello my Friends

I have been nominated by NB yesterday 30 June (french speakers priority). I have accepted the nomination the same day. Today I received an update CIC email. I checked my CIC account. I though that it is an update of my CRS (addition of 600 pts). Unfortunately no thing. Anyone have an idea how long it takes to receive the 600 pts after accepting a provincial nomination ?.

Thanks for your replies

Hello,
I have a CRS score of 450 and I've received a PT from Ontario. It's the same that has been posted over and over in this forum:
"The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry................."

My first official language is French (TEF CLB10) and 2nd official language is English (IELTS Band 8). From my understanding I qualify for both the Human Capital Priorities stream and the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream.

The PT did not mention under which stream I have been nominated (human capital or french) and in the application form I need to tick either of these. :-\
Can you please advise?

Thanks

Excuse me? When did you receive this PT? From what is mentioned on the OINP website, PTs stopped in Feb and they'll resume in November. When did you get the PT?

French stream is open and never been halted

you need to chose French stream and refer to it's guide (not the Human Capital one) as they differ a bit from each other

Thanks maged_mmh.
I'm also considering Quebec. As per your opinion which 1 will be quicker Quebec or Ontario?

I heard Quebec time will depend where you are (where's your visa office) - I can't comment since I have little info about it, sorry

for Ontario it's been known (from previous months) that French speaking get processed quickly - nevertheless, there's uncertainty now with OINP, we've been waiting for 8+ months now (but again, not a single French speaking applicant is waiting)

For French speakers, OINP is still a better bet since they do process those applications a tad quicker.
