did you recreated or just submitted a brand new profile? probably it will take few hours. let us know any update. thanks.

No I did not recreate. I submitted my profile just last week, May 26. So frustrating that they now do OOPNP however, only for applicants who have submitted their profile on or after June 1.

Not sure if it just because of their technical limitation or they have something in their mind.....but so weird..

What if CIC introduce a new constraint , they will pick the profiles which r created before Jun 1st??

I think OO could not build their program smart enough to run through the submitted profile before June 1......

I am going to delete and recreate one.

found from CIC:

"Candidates must meet the minimum entry criteria when they submit their new profile and, if applicable, must re-register with ESDC's Job Bank using their new Express Entry profile number and new Job Seeker validation code."
SO I think we can recreate with new codes

Is it only for Ontario residents or also for people outside Canada having 400+ points?

They have 400 as the minimum criteria. Any hope for 335

I see this more as a restriction interms of their infrastructure and not anything else. May be they have developed their softwares in such a way that it can directly pick up profiles when they are created in EE and they would have implemented that on June 1st, 2015. I don't see anyother reason why they wouldn't accept old profiles.

So, does it mean that unlike other Provinces there is no restriction in Ontario to stay back in that Province post PR?
