Do we need to have a LMIA or the employer streaming to proceed to the new ontario program? And they want to have worked in Canada or outside?

all you'd have to do is withdraw the profile you've submitted and create a new one. It won't affect anything.

Where did you see we have to withdraw and create a new profile? That does not make sense as we are already in the pool.

they can currently select candidates who entered pool after june 1st. not sure it's for a technical or policy reason.

Important:

June 1st Restriction
At this time Ontario can only search the Express Entry Pool for candidates who meet Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities stream criteria and who have submitted an Express Entry profile on or after June 1st 2015.

Accordingly, for the Human Capital Priorities stream, Ontario will only send notifications of interest to candidates who submitted an Express Entry profile on June 1st or after.

LOL what is this scrap ....How about the profiles which are already in pool prior to June? I am not sure how they are going to answer for the people who are already in pool prior to June.

NoVA Scotia - they say 350 target in express entry ...why do they still accepting applications for express entry... Is it really need Jan 1st to may 31st to accept 350 applications??
New Brunswick - No one knows when it s opened and when it s closed in the morning 8 30 AM to 8 31 AM in the morning Jun 1st...
Pie - They requested to fill a blank form and email it and no one knows abt it where is our emails? ??
Sasketchewan - since Jan 1st they said pnp express entry start s by end of winter. .. Spring over summer also started ... no one know s abt it

So this is good for people in Ontario. As per the application guide section 3.5 we have to demonstrate ties with Ontario:

3.5 INTENTION TO RESIDE IN ONTARIO
You are required to declare your intention to reside in Ontario in Section F of the
Nominee Application Form. You must provide a statement of intent stating your
reasons to settle in Ontario and your ties to Ontario.
You may also provide evidence of your ties to Ontario. Ties to Ontario can include
but are not limited to, the following:
 Employment in Ontario;
 Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario;
 Volunteer work in Ontario;
 Lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership;
 Professional networks and affiliations;
 Family ties;
 Social connections or personal relationships; and/or
 Previous visits to Ontario.

So it is not for everyone.. is that right?

I don't understand what's wrong with this, they just said 1st june or after, if we remove our profiles or not, there is no notification. How do we go about it ?

I have 451 score, am i going to receive automatic notification ? Should we remove profile and resubmit again.

ya try to withdraw and resubmit profile and lets see what happens. I am going to do same thing as i am on 461 but still no clue about next draw.
Also i am worried how do we need to create new job bank registration?

It's not about JOB Bank i am worried, if i WITHDRAW my profile once, will i be able to resubmit profile and resubmit for JOB BANK.
