Guys, does anyone know - can I include jobs that I am not claiming points for in my resume?
I wonder if it would be a problem if I mention those jobs and not provide any documentation for it. I live in another country now and getting those docs would be a real pain. Also, I maxed the points for work experience in my current jobs so it's not like I need more. But maybe it would seem suspicious to the VO?

my existing EE profile is created by my Immi Consultant with a CRS of 427, now I have noticed that for Ontario Human Capital programme, it may help to re-create my EE profile for getting NOI.

can I have another profile created by me, if any profile selected, I can withdraw the other. Consultant want to charge another 900 Dollar to do the same- Greedy

Immigration consultants usually charge for it, as it is additional work. I did the same early this month, and waiting for a NOI. Ontario recommends deleting the old profile and uploading a new one, in case you meet the oinp points but haven't received a NOI. All the best!

If it is created recently, as in this year i think it not necessary to recreate. Mine was done last April, and hence I recreated one in March. Did not receive NOI yet. Apparently people who recreated in end of Feb and early March received their NOI.
